This website is owned and operated by Action Safety and will be hereinafter referred to as “Action Safety”, “we”, “us” in this Terms and Conditions Policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this website.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the information contained in this site, neither Action Safety nor any of its officers, employees or agents accept any responsibility or liability for any loss occasioned by any person relying on the information or statements contained on this site.
Action Safety is committed to following ethical business practices including our obligations as set out in the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Pricing
Pricing displayed on the Action Safety website is subject to change without notice. Pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars and includes GST (Goods and Service Tax) which is currently 15%.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard (via PayPal) and Bank Transfer for online purchases. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
On Account purchases are only provided to pre-approved account holders and payment in full is required on the 20th of the month following invoice date. Should payment not be received by due date we reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% per month on any outstanding monies. All costs related to recovery of outstanding debt will be charged to the account holder
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All faulty items must be cleaned prior to being returned. Goods deemed to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Action Safety. Any goods covered by a specific warranty will be evaluated and honoured according to the Supplier warranty terms and conditions. Misuse of goods is not classified as faulty.
Returns
Action Safety is not obliged to give a refund for “change of mind” purchases, however in some cases to facilitate customer goodwill, Action Safety will, at their discretion, discuss exchange of product.
Any returns are to be made within 7 days of invoice date with prior approval from Action Safety. A copy of the original invoice should accompany the goods returned. Returns made after 7 days may be accepted at the discretion of Action Safety, and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we endeavor to keep our core product range in stock, we can’t always guarantee availability at the time of purchase. If any product ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone and with an estimated delivery date and you will have options such as modifying, or cancelling, your order.
