How does your Satisfaction Guarantee work?
Happy customers come back and that's what we need, If you receive something your not happy with or it doesn't fit we will either refund or exchange it. Goods must be couriered back to use with in 21 days and be returned unused in their original condition.

What are your expected shipping times?
Customers in New Zealand  should receive their order within two days in the North Island; allow an extra day for Rural Deliveries and the South Island.  
Delivery to Australia will take 3 – 5 days.

What happens if an item is out of stock? If any item is out of stock we will inform you within 12 hours and let you know exactly when we expect to have stock. If you are not happy to wait, you will receive your money back 100% Guaranteed.

Can I buy all of the online products in your retail store?
Yes, we are based at 46a Hinemoa Street Paraparaumu.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard (Via PayPal)and direct bank credit. All goods can only be shipped after payments have been cleared into our account.

Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?
Yes, we sell and deliver to NZ and Australia. Many Pacific Island customers have items shipped to relatives in NZ for them to forward on.
